We require a nonrefundable Deposit of
25% to hold your reservation. The balance is due 30 days
prior to the first day of occupancy. A Confirmation of your
reservation and a balance statement will be mailed to you.
In the case of personal checks, confirmation will be made
after check clears the bank, which is usually 7 to 10 days.
Payments must be in US dollars. We accept bank drafts, money
orders, personal checks, and travelers checks . We do not
accept credit cards at this time.
We will send our guests a free, easy to use,
detailed map of the Riviera Maya upon confirmation so that
you can start planning your leisure activities! All the local
Points of Interest are clearly defined, and you'll be able
to see how easy it is to get around from your home base, Casa
Martía!
Casa Martía comfortably accommodates
